My little Nickey was a pirate this year, so I made this layout for him. He's such a cute kid. Full of such spirits. I'm currently working on the 2009 calendar. I'll post layouts when I'm finished.

So busy, busy, busy

It's been awhile. I scored my internship which is eating up all my time. I come home have a couple hours to relax, go to sleep early to be up early, and start the day all over again at 5:30 a.m. Hopefully I'll figure it out. Work is fun though. I'm learning a lot. It's also really hard and I'm not used to having to think for eight hours straight.

I did get another 4.0 this past term. Now I just have some lame Monday classes until September when I graduate. I should graduate with a 4.0. I'm pleased.

My son has been away for the past week and still will be for another week and a half. It's horrible, but I'm sure he's having fun. He went to the beach with his father. When he gets back he has about a week before we leave for Ocean City, MD for an extended weekend. I can't wait. Lots of fun to come. I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

New Camera

I have been so busy with school. I have so many projects that will soon be due. I have also started trying my hand at professionally designing websites for people. Still working on my own as well. I want it to be very professional, but still show what I can do.

I did buy a new digital camera with my tax return. I bought the Nikon D80 with the 18 - 135 mm kit lens. It's pretty nice, but I haven't had much of chance to play with it. Since I have been so busy with school. Soon enough, I'll have my chance.



Of course, I had to buy a new car after making such a large purchase. Isn't that how it goes? I bought an Explorer, the four wheel drive will be nice for the winter. I would have liked to have waited until after I was out of school to make such a purchase, but life isn't always so nice. Ah well...

Almost Three

No, I know how to spell snow. Nick says "shnow shnow" all nasally. It's cute.

This is for Nick. He'll be turning three in a week. These are pictures of him throughout the past three years. I really can't believe it has been that long. Lately I feel like my life is on fast forward. I live for the days when I have nothing to do, which are very far and few between. It seems that I just go to school and work. That is about it. Soon I'll be done with school and hopefully things will slow down some. Ah well.. here's the layout..

Woo Hoo Christmas

So I finished those calendars in time for Christmas and I made my own Christmas cards. Oh and I still managed to get 100s on my tests. :) I'd say it's a wonderful Christmas. I also took the boys to get family photos done. They turned out looking really good.
